I bought a nokia 5310 (Music Xpress) on 9th of march.By May the handset started having problems with outgoing audio. My voice is not audible or sounds very feeble to the person on the other side. I have submitted it for servicing at the nokia care center (Sector 18 NOIDA) 4 times since then and every time it is returned without being repaired properly. The set has been in and out of the care center for the past three months without any change whatsoever in the condition of the handset. The people at the help desk tell me that it is sent to the company factory or someplace for repairs. Is there any way I can get this set replaced. I am sick and tired of these bi-monthly visits to the customer care center.
