Dear Sir,
On 14.01.2009 ie. yesterday I bought a handset of nokia set model no 5310 Xpressmusic. From the first day I can't able to use my headset. When i attached the headset with phone one earhead not working.
I complain to retailer but they told for go to nokia care. I also go to nokia care but, they told that to deposit the headset for repairing and come again after 7 to 10 days.
I therefore ask a question that, is this the support which we expect from nokia.??
