Dedicated play pause keys

Dear Sir/Madam

I am using a nokia 5310 xpress music, Its a nice phone but at the same time it is a very delicate cell.

My complaint is that the dedicated music keys of play and pause have been get out of the cell. I have used for maximum six months and the dedicated keys r out of the phone please suggest me a solution.
