I bought my phone 4 months ago.when i realised the problem in hearing during call. i read on Nokia website that it was a manufacturing defect for most of the 5800 Models and can be repaired at any "nokia care " ceter.i went to Koramangala... i gave for servicing and discovered i had the "small plastic sim cover" detched from the cell . service center said they will try to fix it and during the time of return had lost it. they instead of accepting their mistake blamed me for it .and even after all this my original problem persisted. so i decided to give it to another nokia care at "BTM Layout". this time they said they will fix my problem and changed the micophone. They also gave me a 700Rs bill sayin my warrenty is at void as the "sim cover plastic" was missing and comes under physical damage.
i am a customer and instead of providing good service i have been made to suffer . i made 3 visits for a defect NOKIA is responsible and yet had to face humiliation. The Service was pathetic and the personel at Nokia Care were rude and unprofessional and this was the same case with 2 other customers there. if this dosen help, i think my faith in the Company would end . please do the needful as its spoiling the reputaion of the company and our trust in the Company... a troubled custome
