Non functionality of Nokia Mobile Model 6275 (CDMA) under warranty

Purchased Nokia 6275 having IMEI/Serial No.as 01109249426 from Reliance Communications, Franchise: VAT Consultants Pvt. Ltd., L-7, Outer Circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 on dated 21.07.2009 for Rs 9200/- The mobile started giving problems of heating up, call dropping, call hanging, making the mobile useless.

Initially, I submitted the mobile to Nokia Service Centre at Gole Market, New Delhi in the month of September but the problem did not end here. I submitted again my mobile to "One touch communication, Bunglow No.-2, Opposite Pillar No-229, West patel Nagar, Delhi88 against which they issued Receipt No. 15 on 18.12.2008 and after its receipt found the same problem existing. I started writing to Nokia care about the problems but they again asked me to submit same to their service center. I again submitted to Nokia care service center "One touch communication, Bunglow No.-2, Opposite Pillar No-229, West patel Nagar, Delhi88 on 21.03.2009 under Job Sheet No.090321/60dated 21.03.2009.and submitted the same details to Nokia Care on for which they gave me the case reference No. as 12104 through their mail dt 24.04.2009 and said that the matter will be given prompt attention within 48 hours but till 30.04. I received no response from them and sent reminder mail to them on 30.04.2009.Again on 1.05.2009 & 2.05. they sent me mail saying that they regret for inconvenience and that I should again contact their Service Centre. On 2.05.2009 again after having no option I agreed & submitted my mobile again toNokia care service centre"One touch communication, Bunglow No.-2, Opposite Pillar No-229, West patel Nagar, Delhi88 under Job Sheet No.090502/48 dated 2.05.2009 with the same problems (Third time repeat problems in comments) and the same service job sheet was again scanned to Nokia care on 9.05.2009 against which they gave me again case reference No. as 12254 through their mail dated 10.05.2009. Today on 13.05.2009 after checking up with their service centre, they confirmed that the mobile has come to them but I asked them to check up for the problem. After checking up they found the same problems still persisting and now today i.e, on 13.05. they said that they will again forward my mobile to their H.O .

As I have rendered my mobile 4-5 times for the same problems again & again to the Nokia Care Centre as advised by Nokia Care time & again but all in vain. Please note that Nokia Care people have been non responsive in solving my complaint which has incurred heavy losses for my company`s work and waste of time, I therefore request you to take action against them. Please also note that the warranty of my mobile is upto 20.07. which please note.

Please be aware that I have all my bills, Jobsheets & correspondences had with Nokia Care since 21.07.2008 to till date. If you wish I can submit same as per your requirement.
