Shows battery full while charging but not charged fully

Hi sir,

I have given my mobile Nokia6300 on 09/09/08 for the service in perambur Nokia customer care center but still i did not get my mobile and they are not treating well, not providing proper customer response so kindly dig in to this issue and give it back as soon as possible.
