Dear sir,
I owned Nokia 7210supernova model on date 15 August to give as a gift to on eog my relative. Somehow as he was new to use handset with such advance facility, he got his mobile non respondive & cause hanging problem frequently. So he decide to delete all the songs & themes provided by company itself. The same data can be reloaded at the Nokia Priority center from where i purchased the mobile. As i went to the Nokia priority center at our city mehasana the representative told me that first you get repair your handset at nokia care & then i'll reload all the songs back to your mobile as provided by the company. Due to busy work schedule i make it repaired in 15 days. Then i went to Nokia priority center at our city mehasana but this time the representative told me they will not do the reloading work due to their personal reasons. I request them 3 to 4 times for the same but they did not do it. At the same time they were doing the same work for one other customer. They said it is supposed to be our decision to do the work or not whatever the company promises. So you please look into the matter & give me feedback that such partiality your company's motto. Do the dealer have such rights to do like this with customers.
