Dear Sir,
Undersigned had purchased Nokia 7310c Blue. Pink mobile hand set on 29/12 from Mobile House. G-29, Savitri Market, Sector-18, Noida 201301. IMEI. NO. 356828020690107 amounting to Rs.7500/- (Rupees seven thousand five hundred only).
The set key pad digit no. 7, 8 & 9 is not working and cover of blue and pink is not fully compact with hand set due to more times changed either blue or pink.
After enquirying from Connaught Place/Noida dealer, I visited to your Company Nokia Service Centre, 80 Gol Market, New Delhi. They asked for money amounting to Rs. 60/- for ckecking of set and told me in case parts is available then repair it otherwise you have to pay set checking amount. Your engineer is checked the set and told that the parts is not available with us so you may go to Gurudwara Road, Karol Bagh area to search the parts and repair from local market or NOKIA Service centre. They are gentleman so he had not charged any amount for checking the set. The engineer of your service centre is refusing to accept the warranty since set cover is changable and not properly set. As per warranty period is one year.
I hope you will guide/advise me properly in my mail so that the set is repaired under warranty from Nokia Service Centre and faith of Nokia is sustainable in public or should I take another action through consumer court for repairing the set.
