Dear Sir,

We are the passengers-5nos namly A.DEIVEEGAN, S.JAYACHITRA, JD.KAYALVIZHI, JD.KANMANI AND JD SIRVESWARAN have booked our journey through e-ticket on 26th January @7.15 pm by THE FLIGHT JETLITE from New Delhi to Chennai. We came there to watch the repblic day function. In the evening we have started from our lodge to airport by the car at 6.00pm and we could able to reach the airport by 6.50 only due to many signals. The checking of our baggages were carried out and reached the boarding pass counter by 7.00pm and requested for our boarding to the flight to Chennai. In the meanwhile there is a phone call from my town that one of my friend met with an accident and the condition is serious. I have requested the staff concerned to allow us for the flight. That time the flight was loading the passengers. Again I requested the lady staff who is in counter, telling the situations and she purposefully rejected our entry to the flight. My wife is crying that I have to reach by morning to attend her duty and my children have to attend the school. At the time she can act quickly and can make arrangemnt for our entry. But she cheeted and used some unwanted words also which make us to feel pathetic condition.

Finally we could not able to travel the same flight. Then we approache the front office of jetlite to some other flight and they responded that you can go by this same flight only on tomorrow by paying a sum of Rs.9000/- Since we have no enough money with us I called my sister's son to help the money and he came there with a sum of Rs10000/-and the ticket-5nos on 27th January same flight same time. Then we proceeded to stay at New Delhi itself and spent a sum of Rs 3000/-towards the boarding and lodging and conveyence carges also. In the meanwhile we watced the lady staff that she was allowing the passenger by 8.10pm for 8.20pm flight to Bombay. We don't understand her way approach differs from the passengers to passengers. We lost the flight and also the money and also our feelings were killed by her. All our family were disturbed mentally and we couldn't able to write in words.

The next day evning we have reached the airport by 5.15pm and got our boarding pass and asked to wait till 6.45pm. We stayed in seatings till 7.40pm and the anouncement made by to go for boarding 7.45pm at an hour difference. We reached the flight and it was taken off to runway by 8.40pm with a delay of an hour twenty five minutes.

In the meanwhile from a phone call I came to know that the friend met with accident died and the final procession was going on. If the staff allowed us we could able to my friend face. Now I am totally unhappy by this journey. If you have made such a long delayed it is acceptable and at the same time we are in time at your counter but it was not accepted. May I know the justice from from your side.

If at there is no response from your side I planned to go the human right commission, consumer court and with your permission for claim of Rupees one lake from your side for delaying our journey.
