i buy a new set Nokia 5310 Xpress Music from Nokia Priorty after one day its MIC gone faulty, when i go to Nokia Service Center they told there is some minor Dust Problem that's why its stop working, when i ask its brand new sett then how dust can enter in Mobile becoz it is totally sealed sett but they have no answers,
when i ask what is the guaranty that it will never give mic problem again then they says again come in Nokia Service Center we will repair it, but they told we cant replace this why? and from where Dust is come in Mobile?? and why they are not able to replace the Brand New set.
