Delay inrepair services

My phone 5610d-1 is submitted at Phoneworld (Borivali branch of Nokia: authorised service centre) on 06th Jun for thr problem in the memory card reading and physical damage of the hot key.

There was no repair/follow up done with me till 11th Jun. On 11th Jun i spoke to the manager Gulnaaz and after 4 working days she had to say that repair is not yet started as there is some problem with the screen as well and the cost estimate will be higher. On further discussion for the reply that what took them 4 days to analyse the situation s he banged the phone. I had written about the same to the link for feedback on the nokia site, from where i received v clod reply.

Unavailabily of recording and camera facility is hampering my side business.

My requirement is to get the phone repaired on priority without paying anything extra for the problem which never existed. I also need writtern expalanation from nokia for such a cold reply and the action against the negative elements like Gulnaaz.
