Dear Nokia Care Manager,
Very Recently, I bought Nokia E-90 Communicator Phone assuming that it's a Good Business Communicatin Phone but very soon i reallise that my decision of purchasing the phone was absolutley not correct.
This phonce gets hanged atleast 2-3 times a day while yesterday since yesterdsy it went down completely.
I escalated te issue to Nokia Care. To your surprise the first thing i was toled that all my data in my business phone would get lost. After waiting for 3 Hours at Nokia Care it was told to me that due to some technical Failure the mobile has to be sent to some other Nokia Care Centre and it will take anither 15 Days Time.
Now, I don't find any reason to trust on this Noia Product Line itself. My complete Business Data is Lost over and above i am handicapped witgout a Phone for no fault of mine. Rather, i felt herrased at the Nokia Care and also felt like that i am bagging with Nokia Care Team to recover my Data and repair my phone at the earliest.
The JobSheet Number Given to me is 02643038/080704/107. At the same point of time i have managed to register a formal complaint agaisnt the same at Nokia Customer Care after stuggleing with the support team for more than 2 hours and the Ticket number for the same is 2-35PSMD.
So Far, I have not been given any kind of assurance of my Data recovery / Mobile Repair / Time to Repair/Replacement etc...
IN SHORT, I WOULD SAY THAT TODAY I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE WORST SUPPORT PROVIDED BY NOKIA CARE SUPPORT / SUPPORT MANAGERS AT ALL THE LEVELS.
