Defective mobile given back by Nokia Customer Care, not giving proper solution and taking longer time

Sir I had purchased a Nokia N73 on 11-10-07 and its IMEI No. is 354805019523954. After some time it gives me a problem of it’s network, the signal shown on the handset fluctuate and it is not provide me a proper network. I face difficulty in conversation. To remove this problem I give it to the customer care which is located in the Amritsar with the name of RS TOWER, HALL BAZAR. They get it and give me a new mobile according to them after one or two month with the IMEI No. 351851012702073. Which is not new one because after using a week it gives me another problems like automatically switched off when I am talking with my friends and the movement in the joystick is faulty. I give them back to replace or repair it on 8-April and they give me a date of delivery of my mobile is 6-May. When I call and go to get my mobile at the service center they always say me it will take more time. I am facing very big problem. I am not satisfied with their service. Now I want to get a New Working Mobile Or give me my money back.
