I got a message on 22-11-08 from SPDCUK that

"Your Mobile NO has won GBP 200, 000 (SHELL) INT'L Mobile Draw. To Claim your prize contact Dr. Philip on 447024063547 or e-mail - [email protected]"

I read it and understood its a spam mssg. So came to this website.

Who is Dr. Philip??? will there be any action and some explanation about these operations...
