NON RECEIPT OF MONTHLY PENSION
Non Receipt of Monthly Pensionunder Annuity Policy No. 114058781 under VARISHTHA PENSION BIMA YOJANA

Dear Sir,

I am holding Annuity Policy no.114058781 issued by LIC, New Delhi and have been receiving Monthly Pension against the same in my Savings Bank Account. Abruptly, since September the pension amount has not been deposited by EFT in the same. I have already couriried two letters on February 10 & February 29 but neither have received the Pension nor any communication from LIC, New Delhi. I am a senior Citizen and do not have the resources to follow up personally.

I will request for a speedy action on my request.
