Defective phone set

My telephone no. is 2402-1630. I have just made a complaint indicating that the manufacturer is Britel. I like to add that the phone may not be manufactured by the company as I indicated. I forgot the name of the manufacturer. Actually the telephone set was supplied by the Calcutta Telephones and I did not purchase the same from market.
