Passbook and Cheque Book

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have Opened my NRE Account in Canara Bank, M.G. Road Branch, Kandivali (West) Branch No. 0118 in the First week of May thru Al Razouki International Exchange, Karam Branch. Dubai. I visited Kandivali West Brnach in 3rd week of May and meet the Manager and as per him, Passbook and Cheque Book is already delivered to Al Razouki International Exchange, on 7th May.

After that I started following up with Al Razouki International Exchange and as per them, Till date (25th July), they have not received the same. As per Al Razouki International Exchange - Branch Manager, twice he spoked to Canara Bank, Kandivali west branch. As per Canara bank Branh Manager, they have delivered the pass Book and Cheque Book, but not confirmed, which address.

Kindly help to to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
