To Whom so ever,

This in regard to ICICI branch at Kalina Santacruz west. This branch has been giving headaches to the customers in regard with the token that is provided to the customers. I had entered the bank at 10.10am for enquiry of forieghn currency n was waiting for the past 45 min n still my token was not flashed on the token machine, when i inquire i ve been told that this branch does not have this forieghn facility. Before me other customers too were waiting to deposit thier cash n they too had to wait for thr past 30 to 45mins. After enquiring they r told deposit the amount in n quick cash envolope. I mean!! is this customer service? after waiting for so long ur told that they dont ve this service of NRI or deposite the cash after waiting for 30 forty mins in envolope??? If they dont have the service atleast dont waist our time waiting n then going empty handed..Horible service ICICI has... N the Staff specialy, r not even ready to accept their fault... I ve seen in this particular branch I.E kalina ICICI branch the staffs r just seating n are not bothered to check on their customers to see whether their systems r proper if theres any difficulty with anyone?? nothing!! they r not borthred at all..

I mean its better to ve an account in some local bank where theres atleast 1stcome 1st service!!! rather waiting for 30 to 45 min n then knowing that ur going to return empty handed..

Instead of giving fake promises i feel the bank should check theri exixting situation n then promise or provide the rest, Remember if 1 customer goes back there are ten customers that go back too...
