Dear Sir,
Before 8 days i bought a New NV 4-Stroke Scooter. But after 4 days scooter does't work properly. It is having problem in the gear system. When i called to dealer he was saying we can't change the scooter and you should go in Workshop for free repairing. I want to know that may i have a right for having the new scooter after returing the scooter which i have had at that time???
