Dear Sir,

I had purchased an O2 phone from India and, to my horror, it conked off within 10 days. Such a poor telephone instrument was never expected i bought this phone on 05-02 it got spoiled on 08-02- 2008 company is running a racket to sell these manufactering defected peices in indian market because they know that no one in this country can do any thing about it i have been in thier contact out of my 10 calls to them they only answer one that also some times i paid rs 22250/- but just a waste o body is helping me i do not know now what to do

a request to all pls do not buy o2 phones they are all defected
