TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

I bought this camera from www.indiaplaza.in vide M/S N R Infotech, SHOP NO. 2, CHIPLUNKER BLDG., TARA TEMPLE LANE, LAMINGTON ROAD, MUMBAI - 400007, MAHARASTRA on the 13th August. This product was found defective by the end of next week. On asking for resolution I was asked to courier the camera to Mumbai. I have seen numerous complaints against this product on the net.

Request for resoluiton ASAP.
