Have given a application on 2nd NOV 07 to transfer my BSNL telephone connection (Telephone number - 25633140) and broadband connection from teacher’s colony 13th cross to 1st Avenue. Both of these places come under same exchange office that is KORMANGALA exchange office.

Yesterday it has been approved from the BSNL higher officer and order number is 5132636.

I had called today morning to exchange office just to find the status of my shifting but I came to know that concerned person Mr. Ravishankar is on leave till Saturday. Then I requested for the alternative person to contact but the reply I got from one of the lady is very wage. She said it cannot be done like that. Infact she started scolding me and she kept the phone without giving the proper answer. Since yesterday it is approved and Ravishankar knows that he is going on leave tehn he should have approved yesterday only. This transfer should happen in 2 days but it is taking lot of time and it is crating big problem for me.

Actually Internet connection is very important for me since I have some exams on Monday. So, I kindly request you to take some action on this and do the needful as soon as possible.
