Subject: Why My Grand Daughter’s F.D. Was Not Owenered By Your Bank

I want to draw your kind attention to the wrong Maturity Amount written in given documents of oriental bank. In the above document of Global Trust Bank Limited, it is given that the amount we gave is rs.20, 000/-and on the due date we will get the maturity value which is Rs. 40, 259/-and the date on which I have to collect this money is 23/04.But when I reached there to take my money the bank was took over by ‘Oriental Bank O f Commerce’, then your client gave us a receipt and increased the due date to 12/01. They also decreased the maturity value to Rs 38, 172.56/- .The F.D is of my grand daughter Ms. Shalini Aggarwal. That time I didn’t notice this, but now I want know why this money was decreased and why was the due date changed?

Please give me a written answer for this and all the details about this. Please give me the answer as early as possible. I am giving the photocopy of Term Deposit Receipt with this letter, please take a look on that receipts.
