I have utilized Air cargo service a year back to get my household goods relocated to Hyderabad from Bangalore. The service has been more than satisfactory as they got all my goods delivered at the right time without any damages and even the packing was done good. (It was from CV Raman Nagar, Banaglore to Sri Krishna Nagar, Hyderabad).
Now, recently, on 12th Sept, I have again contacted their representative at Hyderabad to get myself relocated back to Bangalore. The goods have been loaded on the same day and it has been promised that they will be delivered to me on Monday i.e 14th Sept. But, they got delivered on 20th Sept, I have no clue where my goods were all these days. And to my surprise a Mixed/Grinder (Kenstar stallion model) was missing. Now whenever i contacted their representative Vijay Choudary / Sanjay (9348480121) he is giving me all different information.
when i contacted about the whereabouts of my goods, initially he said, the transport vehicle has got some problem and is struck in Ananthapur. This went on for 2 days, later he said, the goods didn’t get loaded to Bangalore on 13th but they are getting loaded on 16th. After that no one is received my call. Finally they got delivered on 20th. Since then another drama started, my mixed was missing. whenever i contacted them they replied saying its in Electronic City, its is Yesvanthpur Godown etc. Since last 2 days no one is reveiving my call.
Air cargo has been really good but unfortunately in Hyderabad, Air Cargo didn’t come to my service but it got Ujjwal International Movers and Packers for my service.
I paid full charges before delivering my goods because I believed that as Air Cargo has provided me good service, the same will repeat here. With this kind of service, I recomment not to use Air Cargo or Ujjwal service for relocation. This kind of experience one can never forget in his life time.
