Delay in the despatch of the passport

Dear Sir/Madam

I Kumud Tiwari applied for a fresh passport on 16-04-08, File no: A014490. The police verification was done long back and even 3 months after the police being clear my passport has not been despatched.

I need the passport urgently to get a confirmation in my current job. And I might even loose the job if I dont submit the passport on time as it is a part of background verification.

Please look into the matter and get this sorted out as soon as poosible.
