Incorrect address was printed on my Passport Book

COMPLAINT

Sub: Incorrect address was printed on my Passport Book but I submitted the difference address and having copy of PP form stamped and signed by the passport officer (acknowledgement).

Sir/Madam,

I Dubbaka Pruthvidhar Rao Holding Passport Book with File Number: A06505408 and Passport No: H3622882. please read the totally the points what happen to me when I went to correct the my address as per the my records ….

Address Printed on passport (incorrect):

Please read this points:

1. On the postage cover the address is correct one so I got my passport to my house address.

2. I went to the passport office (Hyderabad A.P) after getting the passport to my house. For correction of my address in the passport as printed incorrectly.

3. One of the passport officer said that as you given address they will print the same even though I will lock in this matter after 1 hr please come back.

4. After 2 hr went to that officer he said please come tomorrow as we are unable to get your file.

5. Next day I went to the same passport officer he saying that I have to fill the miscellaneous form and I have to pay penalty of Rs: 1000. then it is possible to change the address

6. Immediately I show that acknowledgement copy.

7. acknowledgement means copy of PP form signed and stamped by the passport at the time of submission of the file.

8. Even though the passport office saying that I have to pay the penalty other wise I have to live it. as it is

9. My complaint is that even though the PP application form was not written by hand it was printed form.

10. and the police verification was done on the address is correct and clear.

This complaint given to all the dept of the passport officer (Hyderabad) past 2 months back till date there was no replay.

Attached the scan copy of my front and back of the passport and also the acknowledgement (i.e. copy of PP form stamped and signed by the passport officer)
