I have purchased Enfield Electra PB-65 C 2699 (second Hand) from Pawan auto deals (Shop No. 7, Sector -41, Badheri, Chandigarh) on 15 th march. The payment has been done on the spot including 1000 Rs for providing NOC But so far no NOC has been provided even i have called them regularly. Only False promises are made Which leads to mental harassment.
I advice all the peoples to stay away from abovesaid dealer to avoid any harassment.
