Frequent disconnection

I am a frequent user of Broad Band service, for the past 2 months the connection gets disconnected. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to be erconnected, sometimes more. The response is very slow it takes more than 15 minutes to download a page. I request you to set right this problem so that I can use your service with happiness and work with interest. thand you, jayaprakash
