DEATH DUE TO WRONG TREATMENT

Dear Sir,

I want to complain against Doctor's becuase I hope due to wrong treatment of my mother, she was expired.

Please advice us what is the process for filing complaint against Doctors and I also want to verify wrong treatment of my mother from any Doctor who can certify this. Pls. give me contact no. and address.
