Non receipt of consignment-reg

Dear Sir,

Ref: AWB#0401471200.

With reference to the above I am pained to inform you that though the above said cover reached to your Pondicherry Office they are refusing to deliver the same and asking me to come and collect the cover at their Maramalai Adigal Salai Office, since they are short of delivery boys.

This is the third time it is happening. Already after waiting for 4 days I went to your office and collected the same. They are Strictly refusing to deliver the same.. Since I told them that complaint will be made to HO, purposely they are doing this.

I already informed to ABN Amro Bank also that hereafter covers should not be sent through Overnite Express Courier. Really I wondering that How such a large organisation behaving like this.

Hence I request you to kindly arrange to deliver the consignment without any further delay.
