I have MTNL triband internet connection. It was not wireless subsequently we converted it to wireless, for sometime it was unsecured, i.e. any one in vicinity could access the net whenever we switched on our net connection. During this phase the triband net connection was available on mobile. After 2 weeks we got it secured through mac address. now we can access triband on laptop through wireless and on desktop through lan (wired). But the triband net connection which was available on mobile went off and when connected it asked for nep no which MTNL technicians were unable to understand and provide. Pl help me as i was very comfortable to use MTNL Triband internet on my mobile.
