Non-receipt of ATM Password

Respected Sir,

I had applied few weeks back for debit card and its password against my savings bank account no 3757 at IOB Bank branch. The card has been received by my bank, but the due to irregularity of postal services, I have still not received my password. It will be better if you sent my password on bank's address which is as under,
