Dead telephone

My telephone line is dead for the last 3 months. Numeorus complanits have been given and the last was 29th Sept number 216. During the last three months only one lineman visited the home and said the telephone wire has to be changed. No action has been taken after this.

Sorry I will have no chance but put up application for disconnection of my telephone line if no action is taken soon
