I Did easy recharge for INR 379/-Rs- on 25-10 at 1.20Pm and the transaction id is: 2029364829
for the number 91-9995142668
For getting Airtel Gprs connection and till now I have not got the Gprs connection activated or the gprs setting sms in to my Mobile initially I was promised by one of the customer care members that once the recharge is done for 374/-Rs within 48hrs I will be getting the gprs connection setting to my mobile number which later I came to know that it was just to make customers in to trap,
After completion of 48hrs I called Airtel customer care & informed that I have not received the settings message but I was being convinced by saying that there is some up gradation happening in the gprs server etc And it will take 6hrs to get activated again I waited for 6 hours and checked with the customer care but the reply from the customer care was the same again I have to wait for 6hours and after completion of 6hrs I again tried to contact the customer care but I was not able to reach to customer care It was only getting ivrs response from the customer care saying that my quires can be sent as SMS to 121 Tool free number within 300characters. So I sent 3 SMS one after another asking for Status of connectivity, I have not got any response from Airtel till now.
The current status is I have paid the amount and I don’t have an GPRS connection from Airtel
Note: I have referred lot of peoples to take Airtel connection and lot of peoples have taken even corporate connections etc after recommending by me and I have being also using Airtel services for more than 10years though out the India and also in USA with different numbers and even the broadband connectivity etc, But this time Iam really disappointed with the Airtel service
1.Has Airtel decided not to give priority to Gprs customers? If the answer is no then why Is it taking this much time to solve this issue?
2.I want this issue to be solved with in 24hrs if Airtel is really not able to solve this issue I want Airtel to pay back the money to me.
