Your attention is invited to the references cited at (1) & (2) above. It is regrettable to say that the gift has not been received even after a lapse of 7 months. Reply received in this regard is “ &&-Will be despatched on receipt of the stock&-” This is not a proper reply. Is it require such a long time to receive the Stock? This should not be the way of dealing with a HP customer. I have observed that there are complaints from number of customers. When will you receive the stock and when the gifts are despatched to the purchaser, seems to be in ambiguity.

I therefore request you to obtain and despatch the gift (Philips 5.1 Home theatre including DVD player, 5.1 output and remote plus 5.1 speaker system) at the earliest not later than by the end of this month, otherwise I will have to approach the Consumers Court.

Hope the gift will be sent to me in time.
