Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a Philips I POD from Mobile store in Patiala in month of November Sr no SF1A0817001264. Now handsfree of I POD is not properly working I have visit philps service centre and no solutions given to me after that I had written a mail directly to philips customer service and they replied back and as per their suggestion i had called up to the suggested service centre as per service centre owner he doesnot have any information regarding my compalint and he is not able to change my handsfree.
After that I had called up philps customer service 4 times but no satisfactory response from their side.
Request you to look into the matter and provide me a solution.
