Oncost repaired equipment still faulty

Sir,

I got repaired my fw v220 repaired through your authorised service centre at Dehradun (Uttrakhand).

Where they replaced sensor chip Item code No 9965000101995 IC 87C71F vide their Bill No 3936 dt

16 Feb. But my system still skip CD's and unable to play MP3 CDs. Can Philips company take action. I paid Rs 3500/- for that IC. What else can I do. thanking you
