Not getting any respose

Its been more than 1 month i had given my philips mp3 player for repair which is under warrenty

Whenever i called them they say we will give you the replacement after 2-3 days and we will surely call and tell you but they never call me up and when i called them number of times they had given the same

reply. Please provide me the replacement as soon as possible.
