I have purchased One new DVD playes-1800watt inbuilt Radio, cassette players, USB. On 24/03 from sales india, Dharnidhar, Ahmedabad orth of 9990/-and after one week DVD was not working. I have call to supplier sales India about this matter then they reply that our executive will come and solve problem in 2 days. no body was came to my home for 15 days. I have again called him and explained every thing then they reply that it was problem from company so Phillips people come and repair in 2 days. Again after 15 days no one came and personally go over their and told then they have written my complain in book. then after 2 days one people come to my home and check DVD. And reply that it was major problem so I have to carry it to my service room. for that one VAN will came tomorrow and they will take. but nobody will come to pick up this DVD player. after 10 days I have taken leave from my office and given back to Sales India this DVD player and I strictly told that I don’t want this DVD because of it I am facing lots of problem. and after one week I received call from Sales India that your DVD repair you can carry from our shop.., Actually when I have purchased this DVD they given me lots of commitment that we are giving carry home delivery and serving at home facility but every commitment is wrong. so please help me how to tackle this problem..
