Sir, I am a regular customer of Bata and on Tuesday, 11th December I went to a Bata showroom which is situated in Tilak Dwar Mathura to purchase a sued spray of green colour, But The store Manager Mr. R.K.Gupta Behaved in a very bad manner, when i told him to speak properly he started abusing me and my father both.
It was a very unfortunate and very unexpected behavior by an employee of esteemed organization like Bata. Kindly take some strong actions against him.
