Dear Team,
This is regarding a request of deactivation of one of my number. I have made a request with corporatecare on 19.01.2009 for deactivations of number from my friends mail ID but they have rejected stating that the mail should come from the connection holder, So i have sent from the above mail ID on 29.01. but still no revert from them. Today i have called the customer care for asking the status but they are telling that we have not received any request for this.
Pls do the needfull thing on urgent basis.
