I had taken tickets for travelling to bangalore and back on 20/07 by Air Deccan. Due to unavoidable reasons, I had to cancel the same on 18/07. The cancellation was done by Phone by me. The same was confirmed by mail by the air deccan officer Mr. Somsekar that the refunds will be processed within 14 days. It is more than 2 months that I have not received the refunds for the same. This issue is to be taken up. Kindly suggest me the appropriate way of handling the same.
