I have booked the air deccan ticket on 22nd aug8 from kolkata to patna..i missed my flight due to overseas flight got delayed, when i have called customer care..they said within 15 days..they will return the amount as per norm.
I am based in singapore..i have called so many times..india mumbai and blr..always they saying..it is in processing... i have written mail to [email protected] (since kingfisher took over deccan)..complained there..they also replied it is in underprocess...
i juz wanted to know..how long will take..its already going to be 90 days... is it this way treat a customer... its really suck... very dissappointed with thier service...
i dun know wht to do now... can anyone help me to escalate at high level or in consumer forum... i can't leave lik that..
