This is regarding my refund for the cancellation of my ticket with the following details: AIR DECCAN

I had got this ticket cancelled on the 1st August with the ref No. 185374. For the past 4 days I have been calling (7-8 times each day) and checking with your customer care for the same but with no result. I have been put on hold for atleast 14-17 mins on each call with no reply / no answer and saying that we will just come back to you. I have been told that it’s done / it will be done and pls wait as it’s been done and what’s the result – nothing. Even after 18 working days I have not received the payment back to my credit card till date (as a standard you take 14 working days for the refund). I have been holding the payment of my credit card due to this for which I would be charged a late payent fee for which who would be responsible – I would make sure that you hthey to pay for it if I get a late payment fees in my credit card statement.

Even today when I checked for the refund I was told it wil be done by Monday – after so many days I still have no answer to my refund to be done. It feels absolutely sad that this kind of a situation has occurred where in I have to keep calling to check. This is how a common man is treated and such harassment is given to us to just get our money back. This is how you spoil a credit line of a person who is using credit card for years down the line.

If this is how they treat a common man a strong case has to be filed gainst your company which does and uses such unscruplous and unethical methods of working in the country. It is because of companies like yours that our country just cannot be trusted in its method and people fear to buy and become a consumer of any product. And this is how we loose so much money to outside countries where people are satisfied with their services.
