Subject- Compliant against Mobile No-9876260545 (Airtel Services Punjab)
Myself Vinay Gupta having connection No.9876260545.This airtel connection 9876260545 (Youth Pack) in this connection i was availing the service of GPRS (Mobile Office)@ Rs.99 Unlimited access.
Airtel has deactivate my GPRS (Mobile Office) on 14/05/09 at 8:55pm without my information. On 17th May The balance of Rs. 84 has been deducted from my airtel account without any use.
i have done many Email & Compliants on [email protected] and Nodal Officer also but still now didn't get any resulotion.
In last year airtel has deactivate my Mobile Office service without my information. but on behalf of My complaint again activate my service.
i request to please help me for activation of my Airtel Serivce of GPRS (Mobile [email protected] Unlimited) or Youth Pack & Refund my Deducted Balance Rs.84
