Dear Sir,
We are using Airtel Postpaid Connection (9601256581 to 9601256585) total 5 connections. We have been suffering of network problem for last week. We have been repeatedly complaining about it to Airtel, but the problem is not solved yet.
We have repeatedly informed that it is a seroius matter for us that we are loosing our business and image just because of them. But it seems that it is a routine case for them. We have even complained to Nodal Officer (9724534865, 9724544865), but she also unable to solve the problem.
We, therefore, complaint you about the situation.
