ISD call for Nepal not connecting

Dear Sir/Medam

I am a Airter Prepaid customer of Karnata, (India) since last 2 years. My Airter prepaid card No is 9972794204. Howover last 6 days my calls for Nepal (ISD) has not been connected. I asked to your customer care but they can not give a definate solution. They said to me, after 12 November your call will be normal. What is reason I do not know. I am requisting to you, please rectify my problem and solve to it immediately.
