Dear Sir,
I have been using a AIRTEL mobile Connection for past 4 years. A year back we moved to a new apartment.
Since then the network coverage in this area (Kundalahalli, Bangalore), has been pathetic. Numerous complaints and requests to customer care has been in vain.
Recently, frustrated of this service, I gave a final call to CC (customer care) on 01st November, requesting them to fix the issue by arranging for a signal booster at my place. They did not promise a solution but again gave me a turn-around time of 06th November, 10 A.M.(Reference # 793960529, Service Request # 19060798).
To my utter surprise, these people never even bothered to give a call-back and ask or try and resolve the issue. Again exhausted of fake promises, I tried calling them on 07th November, and they (CC) convinced me that they are trying to get the issue rectified with the TOWER in my area and should be resolved by 10th, Nov.(which no wonder never came)!!!
I gave them several calls again today (as the call was getting disconnected, due to poor network), and ruthless agents did not even bother to give a call back. I got through an agent called "Rajeev", who assured me that I would get a call-back if the call drops this time, which I'm waiting for till date.
I'm not concerned about the coverage or even the service more as I'm concerned more about my bill amounts. The bill exceed Rs. - every month, out of which 30-40% of the calls are those which are dropped in just 5-10 secs. Am I a fool to make calls of 2secs, 5secs and 10 secs?
Please help me in taking this to the people who can really make a difference. I being a citizen of responsible INDIA, urge you all to ACT today else you might be the next victim.
