Excess overinflated bill

I had already complained to 121 & customer care who’s Service Request Reference No.: 19609042 but did not receive any response.

I’m using internet datacard plan 350 which has a 500 mb of free data usage for Rs. 350. This month I have received an amazing bill of Rs. 1264. Coincidently I have not used internet this month as much since I was not in Lucknow in between.

Kindly have a specific look at data usage on date 20-11 & date 21-11 depicted in the bill. From serial no 48 till serial no.303, has almost 255 entries for these two days only. How is it possible to use data in that way?

Moreover I have used a data of 401 Mb only which is less than free usage allowed of 500 Mb. The bill should have been of usual Rs 390 – Rs 400.

I strongly believe there is an error in this bill & the excess inflated amount needs to be waived off.

Kindly please recheck this month bill.
