The credit limit is Rs4000/- and was never communicated when the credit limit got exceeded and a bill was raised for Rs10914/-

My simple point is what is the meening of credit limit when their is no information when it is exceeded and consumer gets a bill which is very high and the second is their is no rational for the charges.
